Refund, Shipping, and Subscription Cancellation Policy

At VYORA, we are dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Below, we outline our policies regarding refunds, shipping, and subscription cancellations for our products and services, including peptide prescriptions.

Account Credits

All approved refunds will be issued as a credit to your Vyora account, which can be applied toward any product or service available on our website. Account credits do not expire and can be used at your convenience.

Full Refunds to Original Payment Method

A full refund to your original payment method will only be issued in the event that your order is not approved by a licensed provider following the medical review process.

Final Sale Prescriptions

Due to regulatory and safety considerations, prescriptions that have already been filled and dispensed are considered final and cannot be returned or reused. These items are not eligible for refunds.

Doctor Review Fee

If your prescription has already been approved and sent to the pharmacy, a $50 doctor review fee will be deducted from any issued account credit to cover the cost of the provider consultation. This applies even if the prescription has not yet been filled or shipped.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule Adjustments

Our standard shipping interval for monthly subscription products is every three (3) weeks. This schedule may be adjusted to account for recognized holidays or unforeseen events. Shipments may occasionally be processed and dispatched up to two (2) days early to ensure continuous service.

Delivery Expectations

Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. While we strive for timely delivery, specific dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is current and accurate. Vyora is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details when available.

Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping fees will be shown during checkout and vary based on delivery method, location, and special handling requirements.

Exceptions and Delays

Unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or supply chain issues may occur. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within three (3) business days of the expected delivery date to begin a claim. Photo evidence may be required.


Subscription Policy

Automatic Renewals and Recurring Charges

Certain Vyora products and services are offered on a subscription basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency selected at checkout unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your Vyora account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused time are generally not offered unless under special circumstances at Vyora’s discretion.

Subscription Pause Option

A pause feature may be available on some subscriptions, temporarily halting billing until resumed.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Pricing or subscription changes will be communicated in advance, subject to applicable laws. Your total includes service fees and any other applicable charges tied to your selected plan.


Refund and Replacement Policy

Refund Conditions

In addition to the prescription-specific policy above, refunds may also be granted if Vyora is unable to fulfill your treatment or service, or in the event of billing discrepancies. Please contact our support team with details so we can assist you.

Replacement for Damaged Products

Damaged items may be eligible for replacement if reported within three (3) days of delivery. Supporting photo documentation may be required. Replacements are limited to one month’s supply per product.

Refund Limitations

All refunds are limited to one product per claim. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 30 days to process. Refunds issued as account credits are available immediately upon approval.
